For orders that require installation (such as our water purifiers), delivery schedule depends on when your place is ready for installation. Once you place order, we will check the next available schedule or any time (subjected to both parties availability).

Please reschedule your installation 72 hours in advance if you are not available on the scheduled installation date. Last minute changes on the installation date itself might result having extra charges.

Product Registration & Warranty
Warranty for water purifier will be auto-activated upon installation thus no manual registration needed.
For our water purifier, it depends on the package you’re getting.
If you’re purchasing the 1 year service package, the product is fully covered under warranty for 1 year starting from the day of installation.
If you’re purchasing the 3 years service package, the product is fully covered under warranty for 3 years starting from the day of installation.
For water purifiers, any servicing and repairs during the warranty period will be provided on-site at no additional cost to you

Installation of Water Purifier

3. After you confirm your purchase, Bbyeol service team will arrange a date where you’re available to do the installation.
4. All materials and labour needed for the installation will be provided without any extra charges (including drilling - if needed)

However, as a general guideline, the installation of a water purifier usually takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
