Orders & Shippings

For orders that require installation (such as our water purifiers), delivery schedule depends on when your place is ready for installation. Once you place order, we will check the next available schedule or any time (subjected to both parties availability).

For orders that do not require any installation service, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 days. You may contact our customer service at support@bbyeol.sg if you have a preferred delivery date.

Shipping is free for all orders that are $100 and above. For orders below $100, there will be a shipping charge of $5 incurred.

Yes you can - but we'll need a heads-up 48 hours in advance. You can reach out to our customer service staff at support@bbyeol.sg or at our hotline 64814572.

Do note that if there is one missed delivery (for non installation service), we will charge a shipping fee of $15. If there is one missed delivery (with installation service), we will charge a fee of $50.

Product Registration & Warranty

For Lynx Water Purifier, it depends on the package you’re getting.

If you’re purchasing the 1 year service package, the product is fully covered under warranty for 1 year starting from the day of installation.

If you’re purchasing the 3 year service package, the product is fully covered under warranty for 3 year starting from the day of installation.

For Solaris UVC Sterilizer, warranty starts from the day you register your product warranty online. We would recommend you to register the product only on the day when you open and start using it.

During the warranty period, any service or repairs required will be provided on-site at no additional cost to you.

Installation of Water Purifier

The installation process for a water purifier can vary depending on the specific model and type of purifier. However, here is a brief of what it’s like:

  1. Determine the installation location: Choose a suitable location for the water purifier near the water source or sink where you plan to use it. (Make sure a power source is nearby of you’re installing the Lynx Water Purifier)
  2. Arrange an appointment to visit Bbyeol showroom and have a look and feel of the Lynx Water Purifier.
  3. After you confirm your purchase, Bbyeol service team will arrange a date where you’re available to do the installation.
  4. All materials and labour needed for the installation will be provided without any extra charges (including drilling - if needed)

The duration of the installation process for a water purifier can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the system, the type of installation, and the proficiency of the installer. However, as a general guideline, the installation of a water purifier usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
